What are Credits?

Credits allow you to purchase items or book passes and rooms without having to pay out-of-pocket.

When you sign up for a membership, you receive a certain number of credits depending on your membership tier.

Where Can I Redeem my Credits?

Credits can be redeemed through the FoundrSpace app. They cannot be applied to bookings made directly through the website or other booking platforms.

Can I Stack Credits Over Time?

Credits do not accrue over time, and will reset back to the original amount at the start of each new billing cycle, whether they were used or not.

Credit Conversion

Day Pass (Regular): 60 credits per pass

Day Pass (Private): 80 credits per pass

Meeting Rooms & Phone Booths: Dependent on room size (1 credit = $1)

Shop Items: Dependent on shop item
